Hotel location is good, Junior suite is a good room for family with 2 kids, stuff was nice.

It is near the beach. It is far away from the center of the resort,meaning it is in a quiet neighborhood.

++Staff - they do not understand English or they are rude. ++Hotel - it is not a 4 star hotel, from any point of view. Period. ++Food - it has nothing to do with a 4 star hotel. It is a 1 star rating, maybe. Anyway, you will find something eatable.

Far from the noise of the resort. All rooms with sea view, Nice rooms. Free parking.

Buffet breakfast not so great. Cheap choice of food.

Location, staff, breakfast, the pool

The hotel is situated at the northern end of Golden Sands, next to the marina, a very quiet place, far from the noises and the crowd in the center. It is 5 meters away from the beach and has a very nice pool. The hotel is built east-to-west so basically every room has a sea view. It has a decent parking lot, but it's not guarded. The value for money is great. It is perfect for a small family in need of a quiet place to rest.

The sheets on the bed, although clean, need replacement, they have old stains from previous customers. Some lights in the bathroom do not work. The refrigerator is almost a joke, you have to keep sodas or beer for a whole day only to chill them a little. The maid does not clean the room every day. The parking in the back of the hotel feels a bit unsafe. Internet is only available in the lobby and it is of poor quality.

It's a really decent hotel with nice people (staff, I mean), with seaview for every room (partially, at least). I got a very special parking place and I enjoyed it a lot.

The location is great, right on the beach. The hotel is on the edge of the resort. Good for a stay with small kids. The room size is very good. We rented a studio and a regular room. We used the studio for 2 adults and 3 kids: 2, 6 and 14 years old. No problem. Staff is friendly. Price quality ratio is fine.

Breakfast was not up to standard for 4 stars.

VERY helpful and friendly staff (we traveled with three dogs!), Clean and big rooms. We will go back.

Nice hotel for the money, at the end of the beach so quieter at night and just a nice walk to all the bars and restaurants. The breakfast was pretty dismal but did'nt eat there at night.

Position is excelent, nearby marina. Quiet place, at the end of Golden Sands resort.

The location is great, next to the harbour and very close to the beach. It is a very quiet area.

If you want to go to the centre of Golden Sands it is a little bit far.The breakfast was really poor.

Very big rooms, nice furniture, elegant. The view was splendid. It worths every penny. Best quality for the price paid. Also, good food, the staff was nice. I do recomand

In fact, there were some problems with the breakfast. The buffet was quit poor after 9 a'clock. (served between 6:30 and 10). still, the food was good
